Lance Owens – Rest in eternal peace

Lance Owens – Rest in eternal peace

So sad!  Lance dies yesterday at age 59, after serving his country for nearly all of his life.  One of life’s gentlemen. Rest in peace now Lance.

Details will be posted regarding the funeral arrangements as soon as they are known.
