There are literally loads of bars in downtown Arnhem, so you won’t fail to have a good time. There is now one pub that should not be missed, for the airborne atmosphere, The Unibar.
It will be rammed to the rafters on the Arnhem weekend.

The Unibar is run by the delightful Betty Hermsen (along with her husband Peter, of course). Betty is a massive supporter of the Airborne Forces. I first met her when she was placing a rose on the grave of a fallen airborne warrior in Aldershot Military Cemetery.
